Service terms
The terms, in plain English.
What Autopilot Software Development guarantees, and what happens if we miss. One screen. No fine print.
The Rule of Relax
One app = one codebase, one production deployment.
Service levels
What we guarantee.
| Application uptime | 99.9% |
|---|---|
| Change sign-off, per lane | 48 business hours max (Autopilot) · 36h (Turbo) · 24h (Max) |
| P1 response | 1 business hour |
| P1 restore | 24h (guaranteed on Turbo & Max, target on Autopilot) |
| Critical CVE patching | within 72 hours |
Service credits
Miss a service level, and once you verify it you get a credit: 10% of that month’s fee per verified miss, capped at 30% of the monthly fee.
Sign-off SLA
Each build lane has a maximum time to review and sign off a change: 48 business hours on Autopilot, 36 on Turbo, 24 on Max. That maximum depends on the availability of engineering resources. Business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.
The 30-day guarantee
If v0 is not live within 30 days of Ignition kickoff, your first subscription month is free.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers application availability. Cloud provider outages are excluded.
Defects
We warrant service levels, not defect-free software. Defects enter your queue as priority requests.
Leaving
Complete your term and your code transfers free, with no exclusivity. Leave early and you pay three months of fees or the remaining balance, whichever is less. Your code transfers on payment.
Capacity
Sustained capacity overuse triggers a tier review. We talk it through before anything changes.
Not covered by Autopilot
Regulated workloads — federal, HIPAA, CUI — are out of scope for Autopilot. Those run through Custom Engagements, built compliant from day one.
